The items I received (I ordered two of these) are not like the one pictured — I was replacing one just like the one pictured. Too much trouble to return, so I decided to keep them, however, the ones I received don’t hold the ironing board as flush to the wall as the one I had before (i.e. the one pictured!) The ones I received had a hangtag tied onto them with a bar code with the last 3 digits “444″, however this hangtag looked to be something that perhaps the store personnel would have attached rather than the manufacturer, so I don’t actually know if I received the correct model number. Would have preferred the one pictured!
