i bought the “package deal” SUPPOSED to include a core too, cook book and cooker.
everything arrived in separate boxes, which i guess is ok (one came Monday the next two came during the next few days). The cooker box looked like it had been opened and sure enough the corer tool was not included.
I emailed the seller and was told to return the whole deal. WTF?? . . . All i asked was for a corer tool be sent to me. re-boxing everythign and finding time to go to the post office and paying for return shipping and trying to get my bill straight would end up being more trouble than worth.

Ordered over a month ago and still waiting for this cooker/roaster. Really wanted to try it out but maybe I never will. Amazon tells me “We know nothing, these things happen”.
It’s probably not even manufactured any more and they want to keep my money.

Loved the idea but found the holes are not large enough to hold the jalapenos that I purchased in Houston. The corer works well and I tried the recipe that came with the Kooker. I guess I should have left some of the seeds in the jalapenos because they tasted like bell peppers rather than jalapenos. I will have to experiment more. I will be trying again this week in Arizona!

I bought two of these trays. One for a gift. The one I gave away ended up being dented in on one corner. (The box looked fine) They do work great though.

The product is exactly what I ordered, but the jalepenos must be pretty large to fit in the slots. Small-medium size do not work. The item did come fast though. Thanks.
